We are committed to providing reliable products and quality customer service. However, due to the discontinuation of production for components of the Pawbo+ pet camera (referred to as the Product), and the end of software updates, we will be making the following service changes:
Starting September 1, 2025, the Pawbo Life app will no longer support connection to the Product's image processing server.
Starting January 1, 2026, we will no longer be able to provide hardware repairs or other software support for the Product.
We understand this may cause inconvenience, and we sincerely apologize.

本公司始終致力於提供完善的保固、維修與客戶服務。然而,因Pawbo+寵物攝影機(以下簡稱本產品)之相關零組件已全面停產,軟體亦已停止更新,自2025年9月1日起,本公司將停止支援Pawbo Life app連結至本產品影像主機之服務,另自2026年1月1日起,將無法再提供本產品之硬體維修與其他軟體服務。
對於此變動可能帶來的不便,我們深表歉意,並懇請見諒。
We would like to express our gratitude for the long-standing support from our customers.Providing excellent warranty, repair, and customer service has always been our company's commitment and core value.However, due to the discontinuation of iPuppyGo, Spring, and Crunchy models (“Products’) and relevant components, coupled with the depletion of inventory, we would like to inform you that starting from January 1, 2024, we will cease to provide hardware repair services and software support for the Products.
